1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• The return request must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered (with valid proof such as photos or videos).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

• Used or opened personal care or oral hygiene items (e.g., toothbrushes, toothpastes, teeth whitening kits).

• Products damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or negligence.

• Any item returned after the 2-day return window.

3. Return & Refund Process

3.2 Approval

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

3.3 Return Shipping

• For returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), you will bear the return shipping cost.

• For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, ToothShine.pk will cover the return shipping cost.

3.4 Refund or Replacement

• Refunds will be processed within 4 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Replacements will be sent out after the return is verified.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

• Please record a video while unboxing and share it with us within 24 hours of delivery.

• We will offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the provided proof.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will be handled as returns according to this policy.
